The heart is the highest producer of energy in the body. The heart produces 50% more energy than the brain when hooked up to an electrocardiogram (EKG).
With every heartbeat, the heart sends an electrical signal to every single cell throughout the body. The quality of that signal is produced by our thoughts and emotions.
Albert Einstein taught us that everything in the universe is made up of energy and vibrates at different frequencies, this includes our thoughts and emotions.
From infancy through early childhood, we develop automatic emotional responses based on experiences with our family members, caregivers, friends, and teachers.
These experiences are in our subconscious and negative experiences like fear, anger, guilt, worry, and sadness can pop up as our subconscious reminds us of one of our negative early childhood experiences.
The scale below can be used to make you aware of your thoughts and emotions and how to recognize when they are low in vibration. The lower vibrations are associated with negative feelings and dark energy.
When you are in a low vibrational emotional state, try to gradually move up the scale by thinking of ways to shift you into a higher vibration.
For example:
If you’re feeling angry, think of thoughts or find an activity that helps you feel better such as thinking of three things you are grateful for or going for a walk in nature.

DownloadThe heart and brain communicate through two pathways of the atomic nervous system.
These two systems need to be balanced for your body to be in a state of well-being. There is a simple and effective way to balance them called, The Alternate Nose Breathing Technique.
Inhaling through the right nostril activates the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) which speeds up circulation and also increases cortisol levels, blood pressure, and heart rate. When you need more energy or need to be more focused, try breathing in through your right nostril.
Inhaling through the left nostril has the opposite effect and is connected to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest-and-relax). This lowers blood pressure, cools the body, and reduces anxiety.
When your mind is racing and you need to calm down or you can't get to sleep, try breathing in through your left nostril.

DownloadLocated in the middle of the chest behind the upper part of the breast bone, the thymus gland produces and secretes the hormone thymosin which is necessary to make white blood cells, also called T-helper cells, which are a type of lymphocyte. These cells are designed to fight disease and infection.
If the thymus does not work properly, we can end up with too few white blood cells to protect ourselves (called immunodeficiency ) or we can produce T-cells that attack our own body (called autoimmunity).
The thymus gland is known to be weakened in about 90% of humans. Signs of a weak thymus may include shortness of breath, a hoarse voice, and a cough that doesn’t go away.

DownloadLymph - Lymph contains lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell that collects germs from inside the body’s tissues. It then moves through lymph vessels and lymph nodes for filtering and then returns to the bloodstream for removal. If there is a blockage in a lymph vessel or a lymph node, then swelling would be the result.
Lymph Nodes (or glands) - Lymph nodes are located in the neck, armpit, chest, abdomen, and groin.
Lymph Vessels - Lymph vessels transport the lymph through the lymph nodes.
The Tonsils - Your tonsils are located in the back of your throat, they help filter out germs that enter through your nose and mouth to protect the rest of your body from infection.
The Thymus Gland - Your thymus gland is located in the middle of your chest behind the upper part of the breastbone, the thymus gland produces and secretes the hormone thymosin which is necessary to make white blood cells, which are designed to fight disease and infection. This gland is known to be weakened in about 90% of humans.
The Spleen - Your spleen is located under the rib on the left side of the body. If the spleen is strong, it will get rid of excess body fluid and fight disease. If the spleen is not working well, then the excess body fluid cannot be removed, and it will get stored in the lungs which causes congestion.

Tip: Drinking water and eating water-rich foods will keep you hydrated and help move lymph throughout your body.
