I grew up outside of Boston, Massachusetts, and currently live in Springfield, Missouri.

In my mid-twenties, I was told that I would likely have to live with chronic pain and rely on medication for the rest of my life. That wasn't the future I wanted, so I began searching for natural ways to support my own healing and well-being.

That journey led me to Reiki, and it changed my life.

This gentle yet powerful healing practice transformed my life physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I became healthier, happier, and better able to enjoy everyday life. That experience inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others discover the benefits of Reiki.

Since then, I've completed hundreds of hours of professional Reiki training and have mastered advanced energy healing techniques that I incorporate into every session, including working with the aura, chakras, and meridians. Every session is personalized to support your individual goals and concerns.

Today, I work with clients through distance Reiki sessions, serving people across the United States and around the world. I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of people and animals experience the calming, restorative benefits of Reiki. 

Many of my clients come to me after they've tried numerous treatments and are still searching for answers. While Reiki is not a replacement for medical care, it can be a powerful complementary practice that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and the body's natural healing processes.

My passion has also expanded to include Animal Reiki. Animals are incredibly intuitive, and it is a privilege to support dogs, cats, horses, and other beloved companions through gentle distance Reiki sessions. Many pet owners share that their animals become noticeably calmer and more relaxed during or after their sessions.
