Beginner Training
Level one is beginner training for anyone who feels the calling to become a healer in their own home and wants the confidence to give Reiki to themselves, family, pets, and friends.

Prerequisite: There are no prerequisites or requirements for taking the level one class.

- What Reiki is and how it works
- The history of Reiki
- How to work with the energy
- The steps to a self-healing treatment

About the attunement:
Reiki is transferred from a Reiki Master Teacher to the student through an attunement. The attunement will open up your energetic pathways to enable you to channel the energy for the rest of your life. Some of the many benefits include:

I have had three sessions with Christine so far and one class. She is amazing. I have had other reiki providers and I can say she is the best. The healing is so powerful with her sessions and I have relief from many problems I have been having. Her class was amazing. She taught me how to get myself out of fight or flight and she did not have to get me out of it at my last appointment with her as I had achieved it myself.
