Reiki Healing Sessions for Kids

Distance Reiki is a wonderful option for kids and works more effectively than an in-person session because they are more comfortable in their own home. 

Reiki helps kids manage stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges, as well as provides physical relief for those with injuries, chronic conditions, or recovering from surgery.

Reiki is very beneficial at reducing symptoms of ADHD because it relaxes the body and reduces stress which enables them to focus and learn.

You will receive a text letting you know that your session is starting and another text after your session ends with feedback. I will also answer any questions that you have.
