The heart is the highest producer of energy in the body. The heart produces 50% more energy than the brain when hooked up to an electrocardiogram (EKG).
With every heartbeat, the heart sends an electrical signal to every single cell throughout the body. The quality of that signal is produced by our thoughts and emotions.
Albert Einstein taught us that everything in the universe is made up of energy and vibrates at different frequencies, this includes our thoughts and emotions.
From infancy through early childhood, we develop automatic emotional responses based on experiences with our family members, caregivers, friends, and teachers.
These experiences are in our subconscious and negative experiences like fear, anger, guilt, worry, and sadness can pop up as our subconscious reminds us of one of our negative early childhood experiences.
The scale below can be used to make you aware of your thoughts and emotions and how to recognize when they are low in vibration. The lower vibrations are associated with negative feelings and dark energy.
When you are in a low vibrational emotional state, try to gradually move up the scale by thinking of ways to shift you into a higher vibration.
For example:
If you’re feeling angry, think of thoughts or find an activity that helps you feel better such as thinking of three things you are grateful for or going for a walk in nature.
